Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[root@some-f26-template ~]# dnf install qubes-gpg-split

Expected behavior:

Pkg gets installed.

Actual behavior:

Pkg not found.

General notes:

The package builds fine - just needs to be uploaded?

It's in the R3.2 f26 vm repo.
