Qubes OS version:
Qubes 4.0 rc4
Affected TemplateVMs:
dom0
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
in dom0:
qvm-usb attache vm_name sys-usb:4-2
Expected behavior:
Should be seen as attached to a VM when running "qvm-usb"
Actual behavior:
Seems to be attached when using the Widget
Doesn't appear to be attached when using "qvm-usb"
qvm-usb:
sys-usb:4-1 Logitech
sys-usb:4-2 Yubico_Yubikey_4_U2F+CCID
sys-usb:6-1 QEMU_QEMU_USB_Tablet_42
@dom0$ qvm-usb attach vm_name sys-usb:4-2
Device attach failed: No device info received, connection failed, check backend side for details

I have build an sys-usb following your instruction: sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm.sys-usb
I have installed in the template 'sys-usb' (fedora 26) 'qubes-usb-proxy' this has been correctly propagated to sys-usb.
I didn't installed any Yubikey tools in sys-usb neither on any VMs.
As you can see on the list, I have done a lot, starting to be out of ideas ...
