Currently when user shuts downs the netvm and later starts it again, either by using qvm-start, or indirectly by starting a VM that uses this netvm, then netvm starts fine but without gui. As a result the network manager agent is not started in the netvm and this results in no connectivity. One needs to do qvm-run netvm true to get the nm applet working.
