Install createrepo, rpm-build packages in the default template

Actually forgot that we also need a bunch of devel packages as well (just got them installed in my template). I think this would be too much for a default template, and few users need them. So, no, let's not do it. Closing.

Actually the gcc and friends are only needed in the chroot enviroments and are installed by the building script. So we only need:

• createrepo
• git
• rpm

and those can be easily added to the default template.
