Qubes OS version:

R4.0 + updates-testing

Affected component(s):

qubes-vm-settings

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

try to run Qube Settings

Expected behavior:

Opens settings window

Actual behavior:

Error: empty response from qubesd.

Journalctl: exc.txt
