At least qvm-prefs, which is most useful one.
Other tools worth mentioning:

  • qvm-block
  • qvm-start
  • qvm-run
  • qvm-shutdown
  • qvm-create / qvm-remove
  • qvm-pci

I think Require is to strong, maybe Suggest. But of course should be installed by default by the installer.
