Disposable VMs

General notes:

Once DVMs are setup by default to use a lightweight non-forking file manager (such as thunar or pcmanfm), it would be very nice to be able to automate the process of starting a new DVM, attaching a USB mass storage device (or a block device from any other Qube) to it, and opening a file manager window for that device.
