Steps to reproduce the behavior:
qvm-service -l debian-9
Expected behavior:
Shows enabled services and at best the disabled ones as well - maybe even with a flag indicating whether it's default behaviour or was manually changed by the user.
Actual behavior:
Doesn't show anything.
General notes:
I picked debian-9 as an example because at least qubes-updates-proxy is enabled there and it's not shown.
In general having information about what is disabled can be useful as well though.
Related issues:
None that I'm aware of.
