Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Notice there is a Qube still running in the background, even though all its windows are closed.
Use the Taskbar Widget "Active Qubes", to issue shutdown request.
Sometimes the notification
Domain <vmname> is starteddisplays and if you check, the VM is no longer running in the background.Expected behavior:
Use the Taskbar Widget "Active Qubes", to issue shutdown request.
