On fc16 is even worse: about 40s (sic!). After disabling a bunch of services (which speeds up about 2s), mostly waiting on some dbus services when starting qubes-session.

Hopefully solved by systemd startup scripts. On my test machine both (fc14 and fc15) starts up in 12-14s.

Some measurements on Beta3-pre3 (based on several starts, measured time of "Home Folder", or nautilus, startup):
fc14 template: 15-17 sec
fc15 template: 23-25 sec (!)
Additionally, I remember that on the same machine with Beta 2 the fc14 startup time was around 11 sec...
