Option to hide (show) menubar

1. Hide option in the menu.
2. Show option under right click.

Both menubar and toolbar can now be hidden.

Menubar options should be available in table's context menu only when menubar is hidden or all the time?
As for now the whole concept of having these menus separately is to extinguish per-vm actions from per-system actions.
