Introduce a separate column for VM type icons

Currently the label icons (color padlocks) and the type icons (for netvm, template, appvm) are mixed together in one column. This should be divided into two columns: one for VM labels (note that netvms, and templates also do have a color label!), and the type column, which shows (by icon) what kind of a VM it is (independent from the color):

1. Dom0
2. NetVM
3. ProxyVM
4. TemplateVM
5. StandaloneVM (PV)
6. HVM
