Is existing "System Tools" the right place?
This tools are: Authentication, Automatic Mouse Click, Date & Time, Qubes VM Manager, Screen Magnifier, Screen Resize & Rotate, Sound Mixer, Speech Synthesize, System Monitor, Terminal, Text-to-Speach Manager, Users and Groups
