Ok, now, let's make the menubar of the qubes manager somehow meangiful :)

I suggest the following layout of the top-level menu:

1. "System" -> System settings, Backup/restore, System logs
2. "VM" -> All the menus that are available under right-click and that are per-VM should also be cloned here
3. View -> stays as it is currently, plus some more options to hide other columns
4. About -> show an About dialog box with Qubes release, etc.

Ah, also in the View menu: Show/hide menubar, toolbar.

Plus:
show/hide inactive -> View
create AppVM -> VM (although I'm not sure whether it shouldn't go to System)
