Allow to specify type of the VM being created

Display radio buttons for the type of a VM being created:

1. appvm (default)
2. netvm
3. proxyvm
4. hvm (should be grayed out unless class QubesHVM is defined)

Additionally, display the type of the VM in the Preferences/Basic tab (might be also in a form of a Radio Button list, but don't allow to change that).

VM's type is already displayed in Settings/Basic/General (middle-left).

What about the "Advanced" tab in "Create new VM" window? It's obsolete, isn't it?

Let's present this option in the Basic tab. And, yes, I think we can get rid of the Advanced tab in the Create new AppVM window -- after all all those things will be avilable from the VM settings window once the VM is created.

I removed all tabs, since a TabWidget with one tab makes no sense.
