Per-VM defult user setting for qvm-run

Currently qvm-run have hardcoded default 'user', can be override by -u switch. This should be settable via qvm-prefs/qubes-manager on per-VM basis.

This is only for qvm-run. There are still few more places where 'user' is hardcoded.
