Add visual indicator when a DispVM is starting #616

Somtimes it takes significantly more time than 3-5 secs, and we need to let the user know that the DispVM is starting up, so that the user doesn't try over and over again in the meantime, which would result, e.g. in 5 DispVMs windows poping up later.

I suggest adding a kdialog progress bar window.

And, I think, we should also use it for starting normal AppVMs as well, perhaps except for the system VMs...

Added tray notification, same as currently have for normal AppVMs
