Looks like some race in nm-applet. At each NetworkManager start, some message about registering as agent is printed. I've seen only two versions:

** (nm-applet:1970): WARNING **: Failed to register as an agent: (32) Session not found

and then nm-applet survives and appeared, or:

** (nm-applet:995): ERROR **: Failed to register GObject with DBusConnection

and then nm-applet crashed.

I suspect that it tries to register in gnome session manager, which of course we haven't running.

Looks exactly like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=817851
Upgrading dbus-glib to test build provided in comments solve the problem, so hopefully this fix fill be shortly in fedora-updates repo.

Hm, still there is no dbug-glib, even in updates-testing...

The problem don't happen when calling "sleep" NetworkManager action instead of stopping it.
