DispVM apps takes long time to open files

The DispVM itself seems to be starting quickly, but then it takes lots of time for an app window to appear. Probably the dotfiles require updateing?

I've updated dotfiles (you have to manually put it from template-builder to your template, or build new template). BTW Why it isn't part of any rpm package?

Now have DispVM with OOwriter in less than 4sec.

Yes, it would make sense to keep dotfiles in an rpm package -- we could then update it from time to time, without requiring a template update. So, I'm re-opening this ticket.

Also moved prerun script to rpm VM package (it was part of template package)
