Hm, perhaps we shuould call kbuildsyscoca4 from core, not from the manager?

It is called from core, but only after adding appmenus, not removing.
After label change I got new icons immediately...
But indeed, after removal not.

It seems like the manager doesn't call this, and so the menu doesn't get updated for quite a long time...
