New automatic template versioning

The current scheme (version file in the template-builder repo) is not the best method to track the resulting template "shape", which really depends on:

1. Qubes rpms versions that are installed in the template (core, gui, ...)
2. The moment of fedorize_image run, which updates other packages in the template
3. ... and, of course, the changes to the template-builder repo itself.

Thus, it might be best to use the following versioning scheme:

template-2.0-YYYYMMDD-hhmm

... where the timestamp reflects the moment when the template's build process was initialized.
