Do not (falsly) indicate that dynamic memory balancing is enabled for HVM domains #690

As we don't support (yet) dynamic memory balancing for HVM guests, make sure the info displayed in the manager reflect this (this includes not displaying a warning message to disable mem balancing after a PCI device got assigned to an HVM)
