It seems to be useless to have boot.iso inside of installer DVD iso.

Actually boot.iso is excluded from final DVD image (mkisofs -m boot.iso). This boot.iso is copied later as *-netinst.iso, which we remove one later.

Anyway removed generation of boot.iso.
