Update with PackageKit takes much longer than simple yum update, especially when few hundreds packages are to update.

Perhaps it have something to do with our update proxy (and other traffic filtered out).

Just double checked on my fc18 and fc17 templates -- all the update process worked smoothly. Maybe it was the case of some older package breaking the GUI update for some reason? In any case, closing now.
