qvm-run --all works no more #741

So, this works fine:

qvm-run --all gnome-terminal

... but when adding a '-p' option, it no longer works:

qvm-run --all -p 'uname -a'

Seems like a stupid args parsing bug, because I don't even get "Running command on VM XXX" messages now.

Indeed, this is args parsing bug: --all can't be used together with --pass-io.

Ok, perhaps this makes sense. But then we should add an error message when those two are given.
