A user might want to have more than just one netvm, e.g. vpn netvm, tor netvm, and also some other service vm's like e.g. printing vm (with cupsd running there). To make it easy for the user to create and manage all those service VMs we should use the same template-sharing mechanism that we use for AppVMs. Then creating each new servvice vm would be just as easy (and fast) as creating a new AppVM.
An important question to determine is: do we want to have a separate template (servicevm-template-linux-x64) for this, or do we want to use the same standard template we use for AppVMs? The latter would require some additional tricks (double COWs?).
