Fixed in R2RC1 for 3.12.14 and 3.9 kernel.

USB input devices don't work in installer and after a successful installation (with PS/2 input devices or kernel 3.9 / 3.7) won't be recognized during LUKS passphrase input.
They are available for GUI login though and work flawlessly afterwards.
This behaviour has been reported on 880G/SB850 (1) and 790GX/SB750 (2) motherboards.
