qvm-backup: introduce --include= option #766

... which should be mutually exclusive with the already existing --exclude option.

If -i/--include is specified, then we should assume only the VMs given in this option should be included and no other.

Implemented the same behavior as qvm-backup - you can list VMs after backup locations:

qvm-backup-restore /mnt/backup/some-backup vm1 vm2 vm3
