Default Open-in-DispVM for unkown files

Each AppVM should track the history of each file:

• if the file has never been opened before on this AppVM (and perhaps if has not been created on this AppVM -- blurry meaning, I know), then we should display a prompt asking the user if the file is to be opened in a DispVM or in this AppVM.
• if the file has already been opened, then we use the action that the user chose last time (Open in DispVM vs. normally in the AppVM).
