Fix cancel of backup and restore

During backup currently it fails with:

alueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: ''
at line 377
of file /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-
packages/qubesmanager/backup.py.

file: /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/qubesmanager/backup.py.

During restore it is currently disabled.
