Added "Include in backups" field to the avilable columns in the manager

View->Backup status.

Very useful for spotting the VMs which are not included in the backup by mistake.

We might also consider displaying the list of all excluded VMs in the backup status table (e.g. have another table below, titled "AppVMs not to be included").

Also it helpful to store last backup date for each VM.
