UsbVM kernel crashes with some USB3 controllers. Also some network adapters can cause the crash. It looks like problematic are devices with MSI-X.

There is also patch attached, so should be really easy to fix.
Note that this bug is only about linux UsbVM. Possible problems with USB3 controllers passed through to HVM (Windows especially) are separate issue.
