Replace qubes-restore error dialog with tray notification

Including also the DispVM savefile re-generation dialog box --> move this also to the tray notification.

And while at it, do the same with the "Not enough memory to create DVM" message dialog box.

And BTW, please, use human-readable descriptive text, such as "Disposable VM" (or in the worst case: "DispVM") instead of completely-not-understandable-to-anyone acronym "DVM" :)
