Sometime if a HVM VM fails to start for whatever reason there are remains of it as can be seen via
xl list-- those often are displayed as unnamed domains, or an unnamed domain and its studdom. If these remains are present, they prevent the user from starting the same domain again.Migrated-From: https://wiki.qubes-os.org/ticket/825
