Creating an AppVM with the same name as a previously-deleted AppVM results in no KDE menu item being available for the newly-created AppVM.

Any simple workarounds for this? Like e.g. perhaps we forget to delete some extra KDE-menu-related files upon AppVM removal?

Looks like another case of KDE caching issues for me...
Also I don't have good method for reproducing the issue - it doesn't happen every time (perhaps depends on some VM properties/type/appmenus count?).
