Create app.tempicons directory for template

Theoretically it is part of template, so should be created during template build process.
Otherwise creating standalone VM would fail. Even empty directory should do the work (which would be filled with icons on next qvm-sync-appmenus call).

Alternatively create that directory during standalone VM creation (which would be better, because will work also for already installed, broken, templates).
