This is not a qubes problem.

gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 0x36879494

or use whatever keyserver you wish.

I've updated the VerifyingSignatures] page.
Any comments on improving this page further? The ratio of downloaded iso.asc to iso files is far from good.

You don't have to run this command with sudo.
And a good habit is to check the man pages of a command, that you're about to run.
e.g.

$ man gpg
