Dom0 home is not restored when backup was created on R3.0-rc1 #958

When restoring backup created on R3.0 neither Qubes Manager nor qvm-backup-restore allows to restore dom0 home, although the data is included in the backup.

Apparently backup meta data (namely qubes.xml there) does not contain info about dom0 included in the backup. The only way to restore such dom0 backup is to use manual procedure described here:
https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/BackupRestore/ (emergency method).
