Kwin is bad w/ GTK geometry #965

I can't make GTK programs full screen and when I maximize them they don't reach the ends of the screen. I know this is a KDE bug, so I'm not sure what you can do until you have time to move to fedora 21.

This fix works http://www.rubenbejar.com/2013/03/gvim-does-not-take-the-full-screen-when-maximized-in-kde/, but it messes up all the other windows in the domU it is applied to. It has something to do with the way Qubes takes over windows classes with the domU name.
