Summary

  • allow masterror-template to ship on crates.io by removing the publish = false flag and providing a standalone README
  • bump the workspace crates to masterror 0.10.7 / masterror-derive 0.6.6 / masterror-template 0.3.6 and document the release in the changelog and README snippets

Testing

  • cargo +1.90.0 build --all-targets
