about map should include:

link to your repo
overall summary of map (tell user what they're looking at)
your name
date of this map
link to meta data

title is moved to left
button for about map loaded
information has been added to about map modal
information has been added to redlining info modal.

Still need to

find out why about map modal is not closing on off click.
move button to right side of nav bar
