WMSswarm-client

This is an Openlayers Tiled Map that is downloading tiles from the IPFS network. Need an IPFS hash to init. This hash can be hardcoded or written in a file called "GEOSWARM_HASH" at the root of the WEB server.

I know this is a "naïve" code. But it (will) work !
