Allow re-deploying from deployment status page. #189

It's often the case (especially on dev environments) that one needs to redeploy same branch/build few times in a reasonably short period of time.

Would be nice to just re-deploy with 1 button click from the same page rather than going back to project listing and initiating deployment from here again.
