Migrate DD Reference Sheet Format to Flattened Sheet #100
Description
The Data Dictionary reference sheet has been flattened into four sheets: Fields, Lookups, Standard Relationships, and Version Info.
Update code so that it uses the flattened format rather than one resource per sheet.
