repro steps

  1. add SymbolsPreprocFile "emojis.dic" directive in /etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf
  2. move cursor to any emoji, for example 馃巹

what happens

RHVoice crashes.

what should be happen

RHVoice would speak the emoji.
