codificat Fix base image build job 
The base image pipelines start builds for their corresponding BuildConfigs. The
pipeline definition was incorrectly pointing to itself. Removed the APP_PIPELINE
parameter from these pipeline definitions and make the build start the
BuildConfig instead.
