moost::httpd could use a patch to let us stream respones #16

currently there is an nasty hack involving streaming strategies. would be nice to have control over an output stream in the handler method or something.

some way for the streaming strategy to set the http respose code would be good too (like when the ss can't obtain the file)

patched by norman to use an anon function, which removes the SS dep, and any playdar deps from the http lib. much neater.

regarding http response codes: SS's don't necessarily use HTTP to fetch their data, but we should make sure a failing SS can be caught so an appropriate http error can be returned to the client.
