Botpack management improvements

• Botpack dependency repo support
  • Official botpack requires VirxEC/pytorch-archive
  • Specifying a dependency for a custom repo is not supported in the UI atm, but the underlying logic does. I think it won't be used outside the official botpack so I didn't put time into that.
• Added progress bars
  • Each download gets 2 progress bars: 1 for the download progress, 1 for extracting the downloaded archive.
  • Used for adding botpacks and repairing botpacks
  • Toasts are now only shown upon error/completion, as the progress bars replace the loading toast.
