There is one feature that this pull request does not include that it ought to have. I will make a new pull request once this feature has been implemented.

Keyboard input will now favor the most recent key pressed when opposing
direction keys are pressed. This mimics behavior of many FPS games.
Applies the "First Person" camera behavior to the camera at all times
while VSeat sitting or Skateboarding, and removes new unused values.
