This is an NVIDIA bug with precision drift (again). Even with invariant flag the interpolation is ever so slightly off on NVIDIA causing the black blotches.
There are some invariance memes going on with this one. It is not fixable, I'll add a workaround for reverse Z + Z prepass. Other titles are also affected.
Basically the right solution is to tell the NV driver to not optimize our shaders at all which is not possible.
Buffer options, High Precision Z and precise zcull tested, none worked.
